An unconventional path
I didn't wait for someone to hand me a job to start creating. Early on, I was already building my own projects — Muzikannuaire, Motors974… learning by doing. Coding for others came later; entrepreneurship was already there.
A 3.5-year detour to Paris (at Findawine), then back to Reunion Island — by choice. Since then I've supported clients in France, Canada and worldwide; the big local agencies hand me their most demanding projects. Eleven years alongside OpenSourcing (Société Générale, Saint-Gobain, GRDF): I'm not the new guy — I've been building and supporting for nearly twenty years.
2013, my daughter's birth. The real test: the security of a permanent contract, or watching her grow up. I chose freedom. Again.
If I made all these choices, it's for one simple reason: I'm a dad, I'm a husband. These roles aren't beside my work — they're at its core. Today, AI extends that heading: it doesn't just make me productive, it gives me back time. A second child is on the way — same compass: a free, present life from my island, with tech as a tool, never as a boss.
18 years, almost never employed
First steps
Discovered programming (PHP/MySQL). Launched Muzikannuaire as a personal project, then Reunion's first big community sites: City974, Night974, Motors974.
Off to Paris · Findawine
I move to Paris and join Findawine, a wine startup: matching algorithms, semantic search engine.
Agency subcontractor
Still in Paris. I subcontract the big tech projects of Parisian AND Reunion agencies — they billed 3× what they paid me.
Back to my home island · freelance
3.5 years in Paris is enough: I return to Reunion. Switch to direct freelancing, mostly remote.
OpenSourcing — 11 years
Start of my relationship with OpenSourcing (AI sourcing, candidate-role matching). A mission that lasted 11 years, until 2024.
SaaS specialization
SaaS focus: multi-tenant architecture, payments, scalability. 100% remote from Reunion.
Heracles — 5+ years
Start of the Heracles mission, still ongoing. Complex business platform, long-term relationship built on consistent delivery.
Laravel ecosystem
Deep Laravel expertise. Built Mafate, my SaaS boilerplate.
Papangue Protection — 3 years
Start of the Papangue Protection mission, still active.

Launched my own SaaS platform — continuous AI + agents learning.
